Mission Statement
Because information is fundamental to effective delivery of City services, the Department ensures that the City's information and communications systems maximize the service that the City departments provide to Lakewood's residents and businesses by carrying out three core activities:
1. Performing Essential systems maintenance and administration tasks
2. Providing Necessary support to City employees and citizens
3. Developing new capabilities and forms of communications
